From the moment customers arrive at our centres their experience is in the hands of Westfield Centre Management. There are a number of roles out on the floor and orchestrating the entire operation are the Centre Manager and Assistant Centre Manager. Each takes a close and active role in dealing with all facets of retailing, from customer satisfaction to retailers’ profitability.

Acting as the face of Westfield, our Concierge team embody the passion and personality which defines our customer experience. They are always ready to provide advice which helps shoppers and encourages them to return again and again. While keeping the centre safe is our dedicated Security team.
